Distance is the enemy
A five thousand square foot house cannot be covered by the router the builder left in the utility room. Wired access points, not extenders, are the answer here almost every time.
Finished but not connected
Builders run cable to wall plates and stop. The panel in the garage is often a bundle of unlabelled cables waiting to be terminated, which takes an afternoon.
Weak cell signal
Newer parts of Prosper still have patchy coverage, so wifi calling is doing more work than people realise. Getting it set up properly stops dropped calls indoors.
Acreage and outbuildings
Detached garages, workshops and casitas that need a signal and never got one. There are neat ways to do this that do not involve trenching the lawn.
